It’s a struggle for so many woman and especially for me at only 5 foot tall! When I did personal training back in the states, I had so many clients complain about gaining weight while on business trips or vacation and now that I’ve been traveling for two years, I know how tough it can be! This section will guide you on ways to make it part of the routine. I will include some at home exercises to do and sneaky ways to get a workout in while on the go or during busy times. Stay tuned!
